At Coshe.gr, the security of your transactions is our top priority. We offer the following payment options:

Viva Payments
Electronic payments with your debit/credit card via Viva ensure secure and immediate completion of your transaction, using the latest encryption technologies. We also offer the option to use Apple Pay & Google Pay for even greater convenience.

Cash on Delivery
You can pay upon delivery of your order. This service is available with an additional cost:
For shipments within Greece: €1.50
For shipments to Cyprus: €2.50
All payments are processed according to the highest security standards, ensuring the protection of your personal data and a smooth shopping experience.

 

Shipping Information

For Greece:

  • Free delivery on orders over €50.
  • For orders under €50, delivery charges are:
    • ACS Courier: €4
    • Box Now: €2

For Cyprus:

  • Free delivery on orders over €80.
  • For orders under €80, delivery charges are:
    • ACS Courier: €8
    • Box Now: €7.5

Note: Free shipping does not apply during promotional or discount periods.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Greece: 1–3 working days via ACS Courier or Box Now.
  • Cyprus: 5–7 working days via ACS Courier or Box Now.

Once your order has been processed, a tracking number and link will be sent to your email. Please remember to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.


Return & Exchange Guidelines

Order Modifications or Cancellations
To cancel or adjust your order, please notify us within one hour of placing it by emailing sales@coshe.gr. Refunds for cancellations will be issued within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

Product Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • For Cyprus: Exchanges can be made within 14 business days of receipt, with a shipping fee of €10 covered by the customer. Please note that refunds are not available for Cyprus orders.

Exceptions:
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us immediately on the day of delivery. In such cases, we will replace the item at no additional cost, including free shipping for the first replacement.

How to Request an Exchange
To process an exchange, complete the Return Form provided through the link below. Include detailed information about your request to ensure prompt processing.

Refund Policy

As per applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return the product within 7 days of receiving it without needing to provide a reason.

  • The returned product must be in its original, undamaged condition with all packaging intact.
  • The cost for return shipping is €6, which will be borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
  • To initiate a return, please use the Return Form.

Important: Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are ineligible for exchanges or refunds.
